This Limited Warranty covers any defects of our products which may be as a result of factory error or workmanship by our certified technician and under normal use as advised by Flowcrown Technologies Limited during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Flowcrown Technologies Limited will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective which may be as a result of factory error or workmanship under normal use.
Flowcrown Technologies Limited will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. If the damage is caused by misuse, the customer shall bear the cost of replacement parts.
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Flowcrown Technologies Limited is between one year and five years from the date of purchase depending on the product.
A replacement of Physical item or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.

Flowcrown Technologies Limited offers a refund and returns policy within a one-week window. If one week has elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account (the account you used in making payment for the item) via the original method of payment, within 30 days.
